De ultieme flexibele oplossing voor abrasief waterjetsnijden<\/h3>\n

Het Flexa-Jet Cutting System is ontworpen voor industrieel koud snijden met behulp van ultra-hogedruk water. Dit innovatieve systeem combineert eenvoud, precisie en veelzijdigheid.<\/p>\n

Flexa-Jet Tractor:<\/h3>\n

Deze luchtgedreven aandrijfeenheid verplaatst de snijkop langs de Flexa-Jet Track en Pipe Bands. Dankzij de directe aandrijving op de track en pipe band is een continue beweging gegarandeerd. Het standaard tandwiel is eenvoudig te verwisselen voor verschillende snelheden en overbrengingsverhoudingen.<\/p>\n

Flexa-Jet Track:<\/h3>\n

Dit flexibele railsysteem kan worden gemonteerd met vaste of losneembare magneten, of met een vacu\u00fcmbevestiging. Dit biedt veilige en aanpasbare montagemogelijkheden. Het systeem zorgt voor een soepele verplaatsing van de Flexa-Jet Tractor voor nauwkeurige en consistente sneden.<\/p>\n

Flexa-Jet Chain Manipulator<\/h3>\n

Een precisiehulpmiddel ontwikkeld voor abrasief waterjetsnijden van pijpen<\/a> met een minimale diameter van 6\u201d (\u00d8168 mm). Dit systeem is compacter en flexibeler in diameter-instelling dan de Pipe Bands.<\/p>\n

Cold Cutting Head:<\/h3>\n

Bevestigd op de Flexa-Jet Tractor en positioneerbaar voor zowel parallelle als haakse sneden ten opzichte van de Flexa-Jet Track. Dit biedt flexibiliteit voor zowel rechte als gebogen sneden.<\/p>\n

Flexa-Jet Hopper & Abrasive Monitoring System:<\/h3>\n

De mobiele hopper slaat het abrasief op en maakt eenvoudig transport over de werklocatie mogelijk. Het monitorsysteem regelt de toevoersnelheid voor een constante en instelbare flow naar de snijkop, wat de effici\u00ebntie optimaliseert.<\/p>\n
