The Air Driven Centralizer UHP is an internal 360° pipe cleaning system designed for efficient cleaning and surface preparation of large-diameter pipes. Operating with ultra-high-pressure water up to 3,000 bar, the system delivers consistent cleaning performance across the entire internal pipe circumference while maintaining stable, controlled operation.

Design & Operation

The Air Driven Centralizer UHP consists of a robust centralizing frame equipped with a rotating shaft. A high-pressure hose is connected to the shaft through a swivel, while nozzles are mounted on the opposite side. Driven by an air motor and gearbox, the shaft rotates at speeds of up to 50 rpm, creating a consistent 360-degree cleaning pattern across the internal pipe surface.

Because the nozzle configuration is balanced, the system generates virtually no reaction force. This allows for stable operation and precise cleaning performance throughout the pipe length. The unit is typically advanced through the pipe using an external pulling system, such as a winch and cable.
