NEW! Flexa-Jet Chain Manipulator

We are excited to introduce the Flexa-Jet Chain Manipulator – a precision tool developed for abrasive waterjet cutting of pipes with a minimum diameter of 6” (ø168 mm).

The Chain Manipulator will be added in our product line next to the existing range of pipe bands. It is more compact and more diameter flexible in regards to adjustments.

This innovative tool clamps securely around the pipe using a chain tensioning system. Once mounted, a carriage with a cutting nozzle travels along the chain, guided by a powerful air motor and gearbox, ensuring a steady, consistent cutting speed.

Cutting is performed using high-pressure water combined with abrasive, delivered through a specially designed supply hopper and nozzle that ensures accurate and efficient performance – even through the toughest materials.

Highlights:

• Follows the orientation of the chain for precision cutting around the pipe.
• Comes with a tool to align chain sections parallel to each other to make a precise cut
• Is a part of the Flexa-Jet Abrasive Cutting System, aligns with the existing nozzle, control panel, air prep unit, and abrasive dosing hopper.
• Control panel features speed adjustment, movement direction control, and abrasive flow control.
