Flexible Lance Rotation Package

The DERC Modular Lance Rotating Drive Unit is a flexible solution for cleaning, adaptable to new or existing lancing machines. Its modular design allows for easy assembly as a single, dual, triple, or quintuple module. Suitable for lances up to 14 mm in diameter and working pressures up to 3000 bar, it features a unique small pitch distance.

Each Motor Drives 3 Lances

The basic drive module includes a motor (air or hydraulic driven) that powers the rotation of up to three lances at a maximum of 600 RPM. Modular extension blocks allow for additional lances as needed.

Apply as Many Lances as Needed

The modular design supports easy assembly as single, dual, triple, or quintuple modules. Simply add extension blocks to increase the number of lances.

Unique Small Pitch Distance

Unlike most rotary lance machines with fixed gearboxes, the DERC unit’s modular structure offers flexibility with a small pitch distance of only 37.5 mm. This compact design benefits the lifespan of high-pressure lances, installation dimensions for in situ cleaning, and overall ease of handling.
