The DERC Runner UHP 13 mm is specifically designed for efficient cleaning of tube bundles and heat exchangers at pressures up to 3000 bar. It features a rotating design and effectively removes hard plugs or scales from the tubes. Based on the proven DERC Runner nozzle, this UHP version combines durability with maximum cleaning power.

Available in size Ø 13 mm, other sizes are in development.

Nozzle Heads

The nozzle head of the DERC Runner Nozzle is uniquely shaped to improve the cleaning and unplugging process. It utilizes high-efficiency water jets that are recessed and drilled for optimal performance. The Runner Nozzle is available with different types of nozzle heads: standard, polisher, or unplugger head. Each head serves a specific purpose in tube bundle cleaning.

Runner Body

The runner body of the nozzle features a high-efficiency swivel design, allowing it to rotate smoothly within the heat exchanger tubes during the cleaning process. The body is hardened for durability and includes wrench flats for easy handling and installation.
