Safe and Automated Cleaning of Scaffolding Planks

The Scaffold Cleaner is a cutting-edge solution designed to maintain the cleanliness and safety of metal scaffold planks. Engineered for optimal performance, this machine efficiently removes dirt, debris, and contaminants from the upside of scaffold planks. Thereby ensuring a safer working environment. It is user-friendly, durable, and compatible with high-pressure units, making it an essential tool for any construction site.

Scaffold Cleaner Operation

The machine operates by feeding scaffold planks through the roller bed into the cleaning box. Here the height-adjustable cleaning head uses high-pressure water jets to clean the upside of the planks. The cleaned planks are then fed out through the roller bed on the opposite side. The control system allows for precise adjustments and safe operation, ensuring optimal cleaning performance.

Design

The Scaffold Cleaner consists of three main components:

Roller Bed: This component includes a feed-through system for plank input and output, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of the planks.

Cleaning Box: Equipped with a height-adjustable, pneumatically driven cleaning head (RCS-500), the cleaning box effectively removes dirt and contaminants from the planks.

Control System: The electric control box features various controls such as Emergency Stop (E-stop), Reset, Feed-through Speed Control, Cleaning Activation, and Rotation Speed Control.
