Cleaning Industrial Pipes with Multiple Elbows

The DERC Speed Regulated Pipe Cleaner (SPC) is developed for high pressure water jet cleaning of bended pipes. The nozzles of this industrial pipe cleaner are water driven and suitable for working pressures up to 1500 Bar.

Rotation Speed Control

All SPC nozzles are equipped with an easy adjustable rotation speed control and are provided with a hardened protection ring. The compact, stainless steel design ensures that this nozzle can unplug, polish or run longer lines without any problem.

Three sizes: SPC-L, SPC-M and SPC-S

The rotating speed can be adjusted, depending on the level of deposit. DERC SPC is available in three sizes: SPC-S, SPC-M and SPC-L.

• SPC-S: cleaning 2″ pipes with elbows
• SPC-M: cleaning 4″ pipes with elbows
• SPC-L: cleaning 6″ and larger pipes with elbows

Centralizer

The DERC SPC Centralizer makes it possible to centre the DERC SPC-M and SPC-L. This is protecting the rotating nozzle and for achieving the best cleaning result.

SPC Toolkit

The DERC SPC comes with a special tool for manual setting of the braking /speed adjustment.

SPC Storage Case

To securely transport your SPC we provide an (optional) storage case.
