Quick connectors are made of stainless steel and are designed by our engineers. Everything produced by DERC is made according to drawings and has its own unique part number. It is designed according to the latest quality standards and requirements for the high pressure water jetting, oil and gas industry. For safety and traceability all our products are marked with a part number, maximum working pressure and thread connection.

Manufacturing

Quick connectors are manufactured in our up to date machine park according to the latest quality standards. All necessary control and measurement checks have been executed before the products leave our factory. Our production staff is trained in the latest production standards and techniques.

Testing and Certificates

Our products undergo hydro static pressure tests to ensure they withstand the maximum working pressure which they are designed for. DERC quick connectors can be supplied with a test certificate, if required.
