Safe Removal of Lead Based Paint

This automated, remote-controlled pipe-cleaning robot will be used for ultra-high-pressure (UHP) coating removal. Its first assignment will be a 2 km penstock pipe, where it will remove hazardous lead based paint. Designed for pressures up to 3000 bar with vacuum recovery, the R-Tube ensures a fast, safe process for both operators and the environment.

Training at LASSARAT

Last week, we conducted a final hands-on training session at LASSARAT’s Technical and Innovation Centre in Le Havre, France. From there, the unit will be deployed, along with all auxiliary equipment, to the first job site.
