DERC Salotech designed a complete line of Hose Catchers, which provide a safe way of cleaning pipes manually. When cleaning pipes and tubes there is a risk the nozzle could come out of the pipe backwards. To protect the operator DERC Salotech has created a safety solution: DERC Hose Catcher.

The DERC Hose Catcher is available in different types:

VE.20000 for cleaning pipe lines
VE.21000-22000 for cleaning pipes in small spaces
VE.40000 for cleaning vertical heat exchangers
VE.70500 for cleaning heat exchangers
VE.80000 for cleaning larger pipes (up to 400 mm OD)

VE.21000-22000

The VE.21000-22000 Hose Catcher is especially designed to work with flex lances in small spaces. This hose catcher can be mounted on a flange of a pipe between 3″ and 6″ and can be supplied without a splash plate (VE.21000) or with a splash plate (VE.22000). It is also possible to store the different hose stoppers in an optional storage box (VE.21500).

Optional Hose Stoppers

As an extra option, the VE.21000-22000 can be equipped with hose stoppers for different flex hoses diameters. The hose stopper ensures that the hose stops at the right moment. The stoppers for the VE.21000-22000 can be stored in the optional storage box VE.21500 to keep everything together.
