Speed regulated pipe cleaning for larger diameter pipes

The DERC SPC-L is a speed regulated rotary nozzle for high-pressure water jet cleaning of larger diameter pipes from 6″ (DN150). It is designed for cleaning pipes with multiple and long bends, including U-bends and process lines.

The reaction force of the water jets propels the nozzle through the pipe while rotating the cleaning head. An adjustable brake allows the rotation speed to be controlled for effective and consistent cleaning.

The SPC-L is available for working pressures up to 1000 and 1500 bar / 22K.

Accessories

The DERC SPC comes with a special tool for manual brake and speed adjustment. An optional storage case is available for secure transport and storage of the SPC.
