Speed regulated pipe cleaning for medium diameter pipes

The DERC SPC-M is a speed regulated rotary nozzle for high-pressure water jet cleaning of medium diameter pipes. It is designed for cleaning pipes with multiple and long bends, including U-bends and process lines.

The reaction force of the water jets propels the nozzle through the pipe while rotating the cleaning head. An adjustable brake allows the rotation speed to be controlled for effective and consistent cleaning.

The SPC-M is available in two versions:

SPC-M – Standard

The standard version for high-pressure pipe cleaning, available for working pressures up to 1000 and 1500 bar / 22K.

SPC-M-UH – Ultra High Pressure

The ultra-high-pressure version for removing difficult deposits at working pressures up to 3000 bar / 43K. Different nozzle head configurations are available to suit the required flow.

Accessories

The DERC SPC comes with a special tool for manual brake and speed adjustment. An optional storage case is available for secure transport and storage of the SPC. For larger pipe diameters, the optional CENT-SPC centralizer allows the SPC-M to be used in 6″, 8″ and 10″ pipes.
