DERC Speed Regulated Pipe Cleaner SPC-S

Speed regulated pipe cleaning from 2″ to 4″

The DERC SPC-S is a compact, speed regulated rotary nozzle for high-pressure water jet cleaning of pipes from 2″ to 4″ (DN50–DN100). Its short design makes it particularly suitable for pipes with multiple and long bends, including U-bends and process lines.

The reaction force of the water jets propels the nozzle through the pipe while rotating the cleaning head. An adjustable brake allows the rotation speed to be controlled for effective and consistent cleaning.

The SPC-S is available in three versions:

SPC-S – Standard

The standard version for high-pressure pipe cleaning, available for working pressures up to 1000 and 1500 bar.

SPC-S-HF – High Flow

The high-flow version, providing increased water flow for more demanding cleaning applications while retaining the compact dimensions of the SPC-S.

SPC-S-UH – Ultra High Pressure

The ultra-high-pressure version for removing difficult deposits at working pressures up to 3000 bar / 43K.

Accessories

The DERC SPC comes with a special tool for manual brake and speed adjustment. An optional storage case is available for secure transport and storage of the SPC.
