Durable Nozzle

The high-performance ceramic nozzles are designed for hand lance, spray bars, nozzle bars and robot use. They have an efficiency factor of 0.95. A big advantage is that the ceramic insert can not burst and also the lifetime is much more higher than sapphire. All inserts are checked for scratches, cracks and flow. They have an uniform and high quality. We offer 6 types with different specifications.

Development

The ceramic nozzles were developed after many years of research and various tests with hydro demolition companies. The continuous shape of the ceramic insert produces a very high efficiency and an unbeatable impactfull jet.

Ceramic Nozzle Applications

These nozzles have a very good performance in the field of concrete demolition, e.g. in the case of exposing rebars, or in depth removal. And they are also very suitable for runway rubber removal, road marking removal and road surface retexturing.
